Nothing too much trouble, we will be back when in Lucca. Free parking & LOYAL staff. We loved the view of the garden. The hotel is set in a great location. Booked table at san michele, it's their onsite restaurant.

View from the room was amazing! A roll in shower, a bidet and soft bathrobes were very handy.
